About

The Feedlinks Project's mission is to return control of your feeds, to you. You choose the types of news, gossip, local events and activities, and ads that you see; algorithm, no algorithm, curated or not, it's up to you and no one else. No more accidentally clicking a link, and having your feed filled with more of that; unless you want that. No more getting dumped on by random people with 'opinions', unless you want that.

Unlike the technology employed by the popular (and dominant) apps and services, Feedlinks employs an open protocol (like email); anyone can create their own feed and/or app, and access the ecosystem with no restrictions. The Feedlinks protocol, server, and app code are all freely available on our GitHub page (https://github.com/Feedlinks), keeping barriers to entry as low as possible.
